Tanya Hart is an event producer with over two decades of experience leading world-class live events, festivals, touring productions, and international sports events. She began her career in the creative and technical foundations of live performance before moving into large-scale music and comedy festivals and touring shows.

Renowned for stepping into high-pressure environments to realign and deliver struggling projects, she brings clarity, structure, and measurable results when it matters most. With a versatile background spanning live event production, broadcast, and touring, she offers an agile, solutions-focused approach tailored to any setting. Throughout her career, Tanya has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed large cross-functional teams, and overseen everything from venue builds to creative production, safety planning, and sponsor activations. Tanya is recognized for her effective leadership style and strong operational instincts. She thrives at the intersection of creative vision and logistical execution, ensuring every project — no matter how large — is delivered with consistency, collaboration, and care. She is an expert in production, event management and strategic planning and her experience lends itself to managing large comprehensive projects particularly from conception to implementation

Past projects include being a producer of PANAMANIA, the cultural celebration of the 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games, and serving as Site Producer for Luminato at The Hearn, a transformational arts festival in an iconic Toronto industrial space, as well as extensive work with the world renowned Just For Laughs Comedy Festival and Live Nation Canada.

In recent years, she developed and led the global event operations department for the newly formed global sports entity, Volleyball World. Tanya oversaw the delivery of more than 100 events across 25 countries, including world championships and self-produced tournaments. She created scalable systems and protocols, now used in over two dozen countries, built and managed cross-functional teams, designed fan-focused live experiences, and played a key role in reshaping the sport’s live presentation and television product to foster deeper connections with global audiences.
